The goal is the highest quality in the achievement of the “Pesto Genovese”. The key of our process is the freshness. The “Basilico Genovese DOP”, directly cultivated and strictly hand trimmed in our company, is processed within minutes from harvest  maintaining all its organoleptic properties unaltered.
To produce a very special pesto it is essential to consider all the others components of the sauce important as well. For this we select the ingredients among the best products of their kind: ligurian extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Fiore Sardo DOP, organic garlic from Vessalico, organic pine nuts from Pisa and integral sea salt.
